Adding staffs for user management

Please follow the below steps to add staff to EPOS user management 
  1. On EPOS, choose settings > Staffs (or) Choose settings > Features > Staffs 
  2. Under the option Add Staff, Choose the access type 
  3. Enter the staff name
  4. A pin is provided by default but can be customised. 
  5. Enter the staff's mobile number 
  6. Click on Add
These steps will only add the staffs to the EPOS account, however to enable the User management, follow the below mentioned steps. 
  1. Select Settings > Store settings 
  2. Under store settings, enable the toggle that reads, Enable store pin to make changes
  3. Once done, under the same section, enable User Management Advanced
  4. Select the check mark button on the top right corner to save these settings.
