APOS / A920 Printer Failure

Printer Failure - APOS

  1. Turn Off The Device by holding power button and tapping on "Power Off"
  2. Remove the backdoor of the device
  3. Slide out the battery
  4. Press and hold the power button while the battery is out
  5. Place the battery back in and put the backdoor back on
  6. Turn on the Device

Basic Checks

  1. Check for Foodhub / Thermal Paper Roll inside the Printer
  2. Pull Out the paper a little bit and close the Printer
  3. Try Swapping the paper to the other side as thermal prints only get printed on one side of it
  4. Make sure the Device is above 30 % Charging Level
