APOS Sound Failure Troubleshooting

Sound Failure - APOS

  1. Turn Off The Device by holding power button and tapping on "Power Off"
  2. Remove the backdoor of the device
  3. Slide out the battery
  4. Press and hold the power button while the battery is out
  5. Place the battery back in and put the backdoor back on
  6. Turn on the Device

Basic Checks

  1. Swipe down form the top of the home screen
  2. Disable Do Not Disturb
  3. Use your Volume rocker on the side of the device to adjust volume
  4. Make sure the Device is above 30 % Charging Level
