Cash Draw Troubleshooting

  1. Only the Cash Draw purchased from Foodhub is compatible with our Full EPOS
  2. Make sure the cash draw is connected to the Printer or EPOS and the same is toggled on Linux -> Cash Draw Tab -> Cash Drawer Connection Mode
  3. If the cash draw does not open with the button neither with the Key then flip the cash draw and pull the small liver on the bottom of the cash draw
  4. Make sure the key is unlocked while closing the cash draw so EPOS can sync with it and close with its PIN (password)
  5. If the cable is damaged the client will have to purchase from any electrical hardware shop nearby
  6. You can also Click on Linux -> Cash Draw -> Switch to Printer and advise the client to connect the cash draw to the printer instead of EPOS and then check as it is possible in both the ways.
  7. Foodhub does not cover any replacements or warranty for the cash draw

Enable Cash Draw Button

  1. On Management System, Go to Linux -> Cash Draw Tab -> Enable Cash Drawer Waiting, Enable Cash Drawer Button, Enable Cash Drawer Restaurant
