Cashdraw configuration - Fusion React

Perform the below checks to enable and configure cashdraw. 

  1. Check if the cash draw is from Foodhub as 3rd party cash draws are not compatible for now with Fusion.

  2. The cash draw must be connected to the printer.

  3. It is mandatory for the printer to be set up as a default printer. 

  4. Incase of Sunmi T2S systems, the cashdraw must be connected to the device as it has an inbuilt printer. 

  5. Check the cash draw connection mode on MS (This must be set as Printer)

  6. Check cashdraw configuration on system through app settings.

Configuration on EPOS

On EPOS, to check cash draw configuration, follow the steps given below.

Menu -> Settings -> App settings -> Cash drawer configuration



 

Enable cash draw on this screen. This screen will also allow you and the client to customise when should the cash draw open and enable / disable the cash draw PIN.

Post any changes, click on the check mark on top right corner of the screen to save the changes.
