Cashdraw not working

Please check the following if you encounter issues with the cashdraw. 
  1. Check the cashdraw connection. The cashdraw must be connected to the printer if the client is using wonderpos, Incase of a sunmi system, the cashdraw can be connected to the system directly.
  2. The printer to which the cashdraw is connected must be a default printer.
  3. Ensure the Cashdraw is enabled on the POS by selecting app settings > Cashdraw configuration > Enable Cashdraw
  4. Check if the printer connected to the cashdraw is working fine. If the printer to which the cashdraw is connected is faulty, this will affect the cashdraw too. 
  5. Check if the client is able to open the cashdraw with keys, if the cash draw still does not open, the hardware may have physical damage. 
  6. Advise the client to purchase the cashdraw through shop.foodhub.com
