Check Email error - "Email Id / Password is empty"
Please follow the below steps to resolve this error.
- On BOB CRM, Select Config > Select Business details
- Verify OTP and check the "info email address" field. Update the email id here as "info@(client's domain name)" without any spaces
- Select Specs > More > Domain options > Reset Email password
This will reset the email password and the client will be able to check their email.
