Device not printing - A920 / IMin / Sunmi V2
Please follow the below steps if the device doesn't print.
- Charge must be 25% and above
- Check if the client is using a thermal paper roll
- Check if the client is able to close the printer cover, if they ate unable to close the printer cover, it is likely that the device has physical damage.
- Advise client to share a video of the issue to check for physical damage
