Drop and Import Database

Do Not Drop Database unless the below issues are encountered

  1. Mismatch in Menu items on EPOS compared to the website
  2. No Cart option found on EPOS to select items
  3. Updating fusion to the latest version
  4. username invalid error while entering boss credentials (Only for username not for password)
  5. Try to consult with the technical team before you drop the database as this could highly impact the client's EPOS configuration

How to Drop and Import Database

  1. Open terminal and connect to t2s server with clients VPN IP using ssh t2s@(ip adress) & enter the password 2success
  2. Enter Command ./a to open the admin console
  3. Select option 2.1 System Management
  4. Select option 2 Upload logs and copy the TFL ID (i.e TFL-978) from the script and paste it in your the MS notes
  5. Select the option number 3 Drop and Import Fusion DB
  6. Enter "Y" when prompted for Drop & Import database
  7. Enter "Y" when prompted to reboot EPOS
