EPOS Printer Troubleshooting
How to troubleshoot your EPOS Printer

Make sure the cables are firmly connected
-
Check the light status indicator
-
Open terminal and connect to t2s server with clients VPN IP using
ssh t2s@(ip adress)
& enter the password

Enter the command
./a
to go to the admin console
-
Select option number 8
Configure Printer
-
Select option number 1
Install Printer (Auto Detect)
and hit enter
-
Now the printer will reconfigure by installing its drivers
-
If the Printer is not detected try to swap the caller ID's USB cable with the Printer's USB cable to check if the cable is working
-
Open the Printer, Pull out the paper roll and then wipe the insides completely with a clean cloth
-
Plug out all the cables from the printer, press and hold the power button of the printer for 15 seconds and then power it back on by putting back all the cables in
-
Try connecting the printer to a different power source
Printer Light Indicator

Blue - Ready to Print
-
Green Blink x2 - Waiting to Print
-
Green - Printing
-
Lime Yellow - Out of Paper
-
Lime Yellow - Check Paper / Close the LID properly
-
Red - hardware error
-
Purple - Printer Head Temperature Error (replace)
-
Purple Blink - Voltage error (Change Power Source)
-
White - Rewriting Firmware
To know the USB devices connected to the EPOS type command "lsusb" on t2s server terminal
