How to Assign a device to Teamviewer?
Please follow the steps given below to assign the device to Teamviewer.
- Click on Apps icon on the top right corner of the screen. This will direct you to Foodhub App store.
- Scroll down and select Teamviewer.
- You will receive a prompt / Pop up "Assign this device to Foodhub tech?" Advise client to select Assign.
- There might be a pop-up asking for activation of Teamviewer Universal Add-on, which enables the remote connection.
- Select Enable and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Ask customer to provide you the Teamviewer Id which can be found on the Foodhub app store (At the bottom of the screen) as shown below
