How to Troubleshoot MyPOS Printer

  1. Pull the trigger from the bottom and Open the MyPOS lid up
  2. Check for Foodhub / Thermal Paper Roll inside the Printer
  3. Pull Out the paper a little bit and close the Printer
  4. Try Swapping the paper to the other side as thermal prints only get printed on one side of it
  5. There is a grey color section labeled as "TF card" and "SIM CARD" Inside the Lid on the upper side
  6. Take a sharp Board Pin or any Object and insert it inside that hole until you feel a keypress, Press & Hold for 15 seconds
  7. Close the Lid and turn on My POS
