Incorrect Account logged in on EPOS
Please follow the below steps to remove the incorrect account that's logged in.
- On EPOS, select settings > Select settings again > select store settings.
- Scroll down and click on Deactivate this device.
Incase the device is under user management, the cleint will be prompted to enter the Pin number.
Post this select yes for device deactivation.
The system will now allow you to login using the registered mobile number or the system can be activated through MS.
