My Kiosk isn't working!

My Kiosk isn't working!

Follow the below mentioned troubleshooting steps based on the issue faced. 
  1. ‌System is stuck Long press the power button for 11 seconds to force shutdown, short press to restart.
  2. Unable to connect to Internet  Check the network status or try to restart the Kiosk
  3. Printer does not work  Please make sure the cover is closed correctly and please double check if there is the paper jam.
  4. Blank receipts Please check if the paper roll is installed in the wrong direction and please check if you are using a Thermal paper roll.
  5. Blurred print Please check if the thermal head is dirty. If it is, please wipe with anhydrous alcohol, and replace the thermal paper with guaranteed quality to avoid unclear printing caused by the paper quality.
