Follow the below mentioned troubleshooting steps based on the issue faced.
Touchscreen Failure
Restart the Kiosk: Switch the power switch on and off to initiate a restart.
Perform a power drain:
Power off the device.
Disconnect the power cable from the outlet.
Switch the power switch on and off to drain any residual power.
Reconnect the power cable and restart the system.
Power-On Failure
Check Power Connection:
Unplug the power cable from the electrical outlet.
Attempt to power on the device using the power switch without the power cable connected.
After attempting to power on, reconnect the power cable and check if the device turns on successfully.
