Order notification Issue

Follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the order notification issue. 

Device volume can be adjusted through volume option under App settings. 



  • If client requests for change in the notification tone, this can be updated from Notification tone.
  • Ensure the notification tone is set as Beep loud. 
If the client is still unhappy with the volume, You can increase it from MyPos Manager. Follow the steps below on Mypos Manager.

Increase the media volume



  • After increasing the volume, if the client mentions that he/she is still unable to hear the volume, client can be advised to use Aux speakers to amplify the volume. 
  • If client refuses to purchase speakers, create a dispatch task to the technical team mentioning all troubleshooting steps followed.
  • As the product will be dispatched to the client's home address, verify the home address and update it on the task.
