PDQ Card Payments Troubleshooting

How to Troubleshoot Card Payments on S300/APOS PDQ terminal

For S300

  1. If the PDQ button on MS is RED please contact PDQ team
  2. Restart PDQ & Router
  3. Ensure the cables are firmly connected to the LAN port and not COM port on PDQ Adapter
  4. Ensure Green & Amber lights on both the LAN ports where the ethernet is connected
  5. Switch the Ethernet cable to a different port on the router & swap the ends
  6. Replace Alternate Ethernet Cable
  7. Open the backdoor of the PDQ and plug in the power cable properly
  8. username is 1234 or 4321 same as the password

On MS

  • Go to Config and make sure Card At Shop is enabled
  • Go to Config and make sure PDQ is disabled

For APOS / A920

  1. Restart A920 and Make sure the charging level is above 30%
  2. Swipe down from the top of the screen and enable 4G Mobile Data
  3. In case of a Lack of Network on 4G you can connect to your available wifi network
  4. Once the Wifi or 4G is connected swipe up
  5. In case if prompted use the username is 1234 or 4321 same as the password

On MS

  • Go to Config and make sure Card At Shop is enabled
  • On Config make sure that the PDQ option is disabled

Report only frequently continued issues and also check if the same issue occurs on all cards
