How to Reset your boss login credentials

From Management System (MS)

1. Click on the Online Open option on the top left corner of MS with Country flag on it
2. Select Extras from the top right corner
3. Click on Login accounts
4. Delete the existing user first before adding a new one
5. Enter username as boss
6. Do not edit the password as it will be autofilled
7. Select level as admin
8. Check the box which says "Send EMAIL/SMS with account details"
9. The client will receive an alphanumeric password (i.e. pizza9672) on his SMS inbox

From Client's EPOS

1. On the EPOS login page Select forgot password
2. Enter your desired username however we recommend to always keep it as Boss
3. Enter Registered Mobile Number
4. The client will receive an alphanumeric password (i.e. pizza9672) on his SMS inbox

After you reset your boss password

1. Enter your desired pin for easy access
2. Confirm your desired pin for easy access

Now you can use this pin to access all the features on EPOS safely.Save this PIN somewhere for you to remember

To Verify admin's phone number on EPOS

Go to Settings -> user management -> web log in -> user name and password -> edit admin phone number

There are high chances that the mobile number you are entering and the mobile number registered in our MS config could be different, please verify the last 3 digits on his number before resetting
