Please follow the below steps to reset your Seiko printer
- Press the network key for 10 seconds.
- An audio notification will be played "Please press the paper key to reset the printer"
- Post this, release the network key and press the feed button
- An audio notification will be played "Reset, please wait"
- After this the printer will restart and will be restored to the default factory settings.
