Setup Caller ID with Full EPOS

How to setup Comet Caller ID with Full EPOS

  1. Verify if the phone number is displayed on his telephone when someone calls in if it does not come on his telephone please advise him to reach out to his Telephone Service Provider as there is nothing we can do in this case. If its coming up on the phone and not on system then proceed with the below steps. 
  2. Ask the client if he is using a VOIP phone / Internet phone or a Land Line phone as our Caller ID does not support VOIP / Internet Phone
  3. Swap the Printer USB cable with Caller ID cable to check if the cable is faulty if it works then the cable must be replaced
  4. Make sure the USB and telephone cables are connected firmly as shown in the image
