Unable to view Z reports

Unable to view Z reports

Please follow the below steps if the client is unable to view Z reports
  1. ‌Check if the orders are marked as completed. Only completed orders will reflect in Z reports
  2. Check if the orders were marked as Void. Voided orders will not reflect on Z reports but will be available in Unfulfilled > Voided orders
If the above mentioned points were checked and still the reports are not available, Please reach out to the technical team in case of any queries/issues.
