Please follow the below mentioned steps to fix VPN Issues.
> Advise client to access MyPOS Manager screen by selecting Settings > Shutdown > Quit
> Tap on the IP address 4 - 5 times
> Select Yes, when the system asks Do you want to fix the VPN?
> Allow approximately a minute maximum for the automation to complete
You will be able to see an IP address & get remote access.
If the IP address shows up as 0.0.0.0 or doesn't generate, Please reach out to the technical team.
