EPOS - Sound Failure Troubleshooting

How to troubleshoot Sound Failure on EPOS

  1. Power Drain the EPOS
  2. Open terminal and connect to t2s server with clients VPN IP using ssh t2s@(ip adress) & enter the password 2success
  3. Type the command sudo alsamixer and hit enter
  4. Increase volume as shown in the screenshot below


  1. Open terminal and connect to EPOS server with clients VPN IP using ssh client@(ip adress) & enter the password success
  2. Type the first command export DISPLAY=:0 and hit enter
  3. Type the second command unity-control-center and hit enter
  4. Follow the steps mentioned in the images below
