  2. Open terminal and connect to t2s server with clients VPN IP using ssh t2s@(ip adress) & enter the password 2success
  3. Enter the command ./a to go to the admin console
  4. Select Option 1 User Management
  5. Select Option 3 Delete 'User Client'
  6. Select Option 2 Create 'User Client'

  8. Select Option 5 Fix permissions in '/home/client'
  9. Select Option 6 Configure the window manager for user 'client'
  10. Select Option 7.1 Enable autologin and Fusion autostart for user 'client'
  11. Select Option 8 Regenerate '/home/client/fusion-linux/start-fusion
  12. Select Option 9.3 Install QT59
  13. Update Epos to the latest version and restart the system

Basic Checks

  • Do not kill the client user without verifying with Technical Team
  • Do not use this method if you are unaware of what the actual issue is
  • This is very sensitive and can cause temporary loss for the client's business if any of the steps were not followed properly
