Terminate / Kill a User client & Create a User Client
- Power Drain the EPOS
- Open terminal and connect to t2s server with clients VPN IP using ssh t2s@(ip adress) & enter the password 2success
- Enter the command ./a to go to the admin console
- Select Option 1 User Management
- Select Option 3 Delete 'User Client'

- Select Option 9.3 Install QT59
- Update Epos to the latest version and restart the system
Basic Checks
- Do not kill the client user without verifying with Technical Team
- Do not use this method if you are unaware of what the actual issue is
- This is very sensitive and can cause temporary loss for the client's business if any of the steps were not followed properly
