Voiding orders

Please find below few details on Voiding orders
  1. Orders once voided, cannot be changed back to completed / Ready status.
  2. Marking an order as Void will not trigger any refunds.
  3. Voided orders can be viewed under reports > Unfulfilled orders > Voided orders.
  4. Voided orders will not be available under completed order summary.
  5. Completed orders can be marked as void.
  6. Cancelled orders cannot be voided.
  7. Orders cannot be deleted from the system though the order is marked as Void/cancelled.
