Orders Missing on Z-Reports

Orders Missing on Z-Reports

If a client mentions that the orders are missing on Z reports,  Follow the below mentioned checks.


1. Check if the order was hidden. If the orders are not hidden, they won't reflect on Z reports. 

2. Get order details from the client. It can be the Order id/Customer's contact number/Customer's Email ID. 

3. Check order details on MS.  Select Extras > Search orders. Enter any one of the requested information and click Get details. 



If You are unable to get the order details on this page, its mostly because the order was deleted and won't show up on Z Reports. 

If client mentions that the order was not deleted, request the client to share the receipt via email or whats app for further investigation. 

Please create a task to technical team with the troubleshooting steps followed.
