No order notification - A920

Please follow the below steps if there is no online order notification.
  1. Access the device remotely and update the following options
  2. Disable Do not disturb
  3. Increase the volume from device settings

If this doesn't help, then a bluetooth speaker must be dispatched.  Please create a task for the same and ensure the residential address and the correct phone number is captured.
