No order notification - A920
Please follow the below steps if there is no online order notification.
- Access the device remotely and update the following options
- Disable Do not disturb
- Increase the volume from device settings
If this doesn't help, then a bluetooth speaker must be dispatched. Please create a task for the same and ensure the residential address and the correct phone number is captured.
