View Customer stats / View a particular customer's order history

A particular customer's order status can be viewed from Customer database. 

Follow the below steps to view a specific customer's order status. 
  1. Access Settings on EPOS
  2. Select Customer database  (This will bring up the list of customers)
  3. Tap on the search icon, Enter any of the customer's details to identify records preferably contact number or name. 
  4. This will bring up the requested results.
  5. Tap on the name to view the orders placed
  6. To view any specific order details, tap on the order.
